General’s Lake is located to the west of Hejiang County, about 10 kilometers from the county town. Originally built in 1958 and initially named Xiaogou Reservoir, it was later renamed General’s Lake after the tomb of Wang Shichang, a general from the Southern Song Dynasty, was discovered within the reservoir area. The lake covers an area of nearly 400 acres, surrounded by rolling hills, swaying green trees, and groves of bamboo. With clouds casting reflections on the water and the interplay of shimmering lake and picturesque mountain scenery creating a breathtaking view. There are two islands in the lake, covered in lush green bamboo and trees, often veiled in mist. Fishing along the shore, strolling around the lake, boating on the water, or resting on the islands all bring a sense of peace and tranquility that makes visitors linger and never want to leave.

Foyin Town: [Basic Overview] Located to the west of the county town, at the intersection of the Luzhou-Hejiang and Foyin-Chishui highways. It covers an area of 63 square kilometers, governs 21 villages, 1 community, and 144 production teams, with a total population of 38,400, including 21,389 laborers and 8,644 laborers working outside the town. In 2005, the gross output value was 119.28 million yuan, total fiscal revenue was 1.842 million yuan, local fiscal revenue was 1.005 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 3,376 yuan.
