The Ma Dian Scenic Area in Peng’an County is an important part of the First Mulberry Land by the Jialing River tourism zone. Changliang Township: Located along the Jialing River, Changliang Township in Peng’an County is 19 kilometers from the county seat and borders Xiangru Town, Jinping Town, Zhengyuan Town, Julong Town, Sanba Township, and Lulu Township. The township administers 16 administrative villages, with a total of 5,246 households and a population of 20,975 (including 18,331 agricultural residents), covering an area of 36.9 square kilometers. The arable land spans 15,146.04 mu, including 3,681 mu of paddy fields, 5,365.04 mu of dry land, 6,100 mu of riverside land, and 10,200 mu of forested area.
