The Flower in Full Bloom and Moon in Perfect Roundness Ecological Sightseeing Zoo is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Flower in Full Bloom and Moon in Perfect Roundness Ecological Sightseeing Zoo in Peng’an County is situated in Lixi Town and is under the management of Sichuan Huazhong Construction Group. With the initial goal of poverty alleviation and development, in April 2014, Huazhong Construction Group and Sichuan Hongbiao Building Materials Co., Ltd. collaborated with 149 farming households in Huafangzi Village, Lixi Town (including 49 poor households) to establish the Peng’an Flower in Full Bloom and Moon in Perfect Roundness Planting Farmers' Professional Cooperative. This initiative led local residents to develop a modern agricultural demonstration park tailored to local conditions, featuring distinctive breeding and planting industries as highlights, and aiming at leisure vacations and sightseeing tourism. The cooperative’s planning adheres to people-oriented, urban-rural integration, and sustainable development concepts, following the modern agricultural development approach of standardization, industrialization, scaling, informatization, and industrialization. It was designed to integrate demonstration, exhibition, efficiency, scale, recycling, and ecology, and quickly grew into one of the few large-scale modern breeding bases in Sichuan that combines organic farming and breeding with tourism and leisure vacations. It has become a flagship model for efficient agriculture, increasing farmers’ income, and poverty eradication.

The zoo has now built an ostrich farm, a wild boar paddock, a peacock farm, an aqua adventure training ground, a sika deer farm, a reptile house, an aquarium, and a rare animals exhibition and sales hall. Currently, it is home to over a hundred animal species, including tigers, lions, alpacas, zebras, giraffes, monkeys, ostriches, peacocks, sika deer, yaks, red deer, white-lipped deer, Lady Amherst's pheasants, wild geese, swans, kangaroos, crocodiles, camels, foxes, hog badgers, common kestrels, owls, grey cranes, and parrots.
