Phoenix Mountain Park, also known as "East Mountain Park," is a comprehensive public park in the old urban area of Guangyuan that integrates leisure, entertainment, cultural activities, and physical exercise.

The park currently includes major attractions such as the Phoenix Tower, Phoenix Book Bar, Jing Garden, amusement park, zoo, Moon-Reflecting Pool, Wooden Twin Pavilion, and Wutong Qifeng Square. The city symbol of Guangyuan — the Phoenix Tower — is located at the highest point within the park and is hailed as the “No. 1 Tower in Northern Sichuan.” The park also features numerous children's play facilities and the only zoo in Guangyuan, making it a must-visit destination for kids during holidays. Meanwhile, the shaded greenery makes it an ideal summer retreat for adults. The park also centrally showcases the culture of female emperors, becoming a key spot for visitors to understand and experience Guangyuan’s culture.

Since 2012, Guangyuan Phoenix Mountain Park has undergone large-scale renovations over approximately five years to further enhance its public service capabilities and meet the recreational, entertainment, and fitness needs of residents. The renovated park not only has a more distinct theme but has also been divided into three areas: the Cultural Theme Zone, the Amusement & Fitness Zone, and the Ecological Leisure Zone, aiming to cater to the diverse needs of different visitors.
