The Red Army Stone Carved Slogans in Pingchang County are a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit and a classic red tourism attraction.

1. Red Army Stone Carved Slogans at Huayan Nunnery (Pingchang County)

Protected Area: 20 meters eastward, 15 meters westward from the edge of the inscribed wall, south to the outer edge of the mountain-looping highway, and north to the outer edge of the slope wall.

Construction Control Zone: 30 meters beyond the protected area.

2. Red Army Stone Carved Slogans at Beishan Temple (Pingchang County)

Protected Area: East to the back wall of the Industry and Commerce Office building, south to the stairway of Beishan Temple leading to the street, west to the stone retaining wall behind Li Jilin’s house, and north to the wall of the grain station warehouse.

Construction Control Zone: 15 meters beyond the protected area.

Protected Area: 30 meters outward in all directions from the base of the turtle stele.

Construction Control Zone: 20 meters beyond the protected area.

Protected Area: 3 meters outward on both sides of the surrounding wall.

Construction Control Zone: 10 meters eastward from the protected area, west to the foundation of residential houses, south to the street, and north to the stone cliff.

Protected Area: 30 meters eastward, 20 meters westward, 15 meters southward, and 30 meters northward from the cliff where the slogans are located.

Protected area: 25 meters eastward, 30 meters westward, 40 meters southward from the rock face where the slogans are located, north to the edge of Qingshiban small road.

Construction control zone: 30 meters beyond the protected area.

Protected area: 20 meters eastward, 30 meters southward, 50 meters westward, 35 meters northward from the base of the mountain gate.

Construction control zone: 30 meters beyond the protected area.

Protected area: Based on the base of the tombstone, east to the roadside ditch of Yandeng Village’s community road, south to the base of Chen Zhongzhi’s house, 20 meters westward, 25 meters northward.

Protected area: 5 meters eastward, 10 meters westward, 15 meters southward, 12 meters northward from the rock face where the slogans are located.
