Wuxiang Live-Action Performance

The performance is set against the backdrop of Taihang Longhu Lake and the surrounding mountainous area, located three kilometers from the highway entrance and exit of Wuxiang County. The main theater covers an area of 260 acres, with the total performance area (including water surfaces) spanning over 1,000 acres and involving nearly 700 performers. “Taihang Mountain” is set against the backdrop of the War of Resistance Against Japan, portraying the heroic and unyielding struggle of the Eighth Route Army and the people of Taihang. The production is directed by Li Qiankuan, Chairman of the China Film Directors' Association and a renowned Chinese film director. It is divided into six acts: “Wedding Procession,” “Blood of Taihang,” “Soul of Taihang,” “Affection of Taihang,” “Tears of Taihang,” and “Sword of Taihang.” The show aims to establish itself as the premier red-themed live performance in northern China, dedicated to building a cultural brand highlighting the revolutionary heritage of the Taihang Mountains. Performances are held nightly from 20:00 to 22:00.
