Jingba Reservoir. Jingba Reservoir is a municipal-level scenic area and the second largest reservoir in Nanjiang County (a small Type I reservoir). It was first built in 1958 and is located at the junction of the Snow Mountains in Shuangliu Town (Puchuan), Nanjiang County, Sichuan Province. It connects with Youyi Reservoir in Enyang District. To the east is Zhizheng Town in Nanjiang County, to the north is Bailong Town in Wangcang County, to the west is Shimashi Town in Cangxi County, and to the south are Yujing and Sanhui towns in Enyang District, Bazhong — all within a distance of just 10–20 kilometers. The reservoir is surrounded by altitudes of over 1,000 meters, making it a true high-mountain lake. With its winding course of nine bends and eighteen hills, the scenic area boasts lush vegetation, beautiful scenery, fresh air, and cool breezes — making it an ideal summer retreat and a destination with great potential for tourism development.

Shuangliu Town: A township under the jurisdiction of Nanjiang County. Established as Shuanghe Township in 1951, it was reorganized as a commune in 1958, renamed Shuangliu Commune in 1981, and became Shuangliu Township in 1984. Located in the southwestern part of the county, it is 96 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 28.4 square kilometers, it has a population of 9,000. The roads from Nanjiang to Zhizheng and from Zhizheng to the Snow Mountains pass through the town. It administers seven village committees: Xue’erliang, Moyia, Hongcai, Sujiaying, Yuanbao, Huangya, and Wanshan, as well as the Shuangliu Neighborhood Committee. The main agricultural products are rice, wheat, and corn, along with tubers, cotton, and rapeseed. The area is also known for its white wax production.
