In 2012, the Micang Ancient Road in Nanjiang was designated as part of the Eighth Batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Sichuan Province.

1. The Jiejian Post Trail and Bridge Pile Holes

Protected Area: 50 meters beyond the trail and bridge pile holes (including the river valley and upper parts of the mountain cliffs).

Construction Control Zone: 50 meters beyond the protected area.

2. The Hanxi River Trail and Bridge Pile Holes

Protected Area: 50 meters beyond the surface of the trail and bridge pile holes (including the river valley and upper parts of the mountain cliffs).

Construction Control Zone: 50 meters beyond the protected area.

3. Guancangping (also known as Bayuguan)

Protected Area: 50 meters beyond the occupied area.

Construction Control Zone: 50 meters beyond the protected area.

4. The Ancient Liuli Pass

Protected Area: 50 meters beyond each stone carving.

Construction Control Zone: 50 meters beyond the protected area.

5. The Duanqu Ruins

Protected Area: East to the village road of Mingyue Village, south to the north wall of the Sixth Primary School of Nanjiang Town, west to Provincial Highway S101, and north to the edge of the Duanqu fault zone.

Construction Control Zone: 100 meters northward beyond the protected area.

6. The Stone Carvings at Taizi Cave in Pu Jian

Protected Area: 50 meters beyond the cave entrance.

Construction Control Zone: 50 meters beyond the protected area.

7. The Jielong Bridge

Protected Area: 50 meters beyond the bridge itself.

Construction Control Zone: 50 meters beyond the protected area.

8. The Remains of Erdongqiao

Protected Area: 50 meters around the stone carvings.

Construction Control Zone: 50 meters beyond the protected area.

9. Shibanhe Relics

Protected Area: 50 meters beyond the periphery of the grotto temple.

Construction Control Zone: 50 meters beyond the protected area.

10. Foshiba Grottoes

Protected Area: 50 meters beyond the rock mass of the grotto.
