Alice Manor

Alice Manor is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Alice Manor, a national 4A-level tourist attraction, is located in Fengjia Subdistrict, Qianjiang District, Chongqing. It lies within the "0-Line" tourism loop along the Apeng River, encompassing the 4A-level Balahu Scenic Area and the 5A-level Zhuoshui Scenic Area. As a key project of the leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration zone in the Apeng River Basin, the manor covers an area of over 800 acres. It is invested and developed by Chongqing Hongye Group. The group’s subsidiary, Chongqing Alice Manor Cultural Creative Co., Ltd., has brought in the management team of Golden Ladies to implement refined management practices, aiming to establish Alice Manor as a romantic theme park integrating culture and tourism.

Themed around "love," Alice Manor incorporates the concept of love into its development. Phase I has been completed, featuring eight distinct photography styles, an ultra-luxurious minimalist space filled with fashion-forward elements, dreamy real-scene photography studios, and a variety of outdoor shooting spots such as Dutch windmills, Mediterranean-style architecture, seasonal horse farms, European carriages, sports cars, helicopters, hot air balloons, city buses, ultra-luxury yachts, the Eiffel Tower, and seasonal flower seas. The manor soft-launched on August 29, 2016, receiving visits and inspections from over 180 groups, including Chongqing Vice Mayor Tan Jialing, Chongqing CPPCC Vice Chairman Peng Yonghui, Chongqing Tourism Bureau Deputy Director Qin Dingbo, and delegations from Chengkou County. It has attracted more than 20,000 couples from cities and counties in the Wuling Mountain region—including Chongqing, Hunan, Hubei, and Guizhou—to take their wedding photos at Alice Manor.

Phase II of Alice Manor was planned and designed by China’s top real-scene production company, Moma Brothers. Based on *Alice's Adventures in Wonderland*, it integrates a wedding photography base, wedding commercial street, cultural and creative center, parent-child experience hall, and boutique hotel, scaling up and industrializing the fusion of love culture and the tourism industry. Currently, the reception center, eco-parking lot, axis square, seasonal sunlight greenhouse, wedding hall, functional areas, commercial street, children’s experience hall, indoor studio, lawn weddings, chapel weddings, and boutique hotel are under intensive construction.

Dream Space

Dream Space is actually a wedding photography studio. Its exterior features a European castle architectural style, incorporating various shooting styles such as Korean, American, French, and European. With over 100 shooting spots, it caters to diverse photographic styles. This is a dreamy destination for wedding shoots and a must-visit for travel photography, serving as the shining jewel of Alice Manor.

Rose Square

In ancient Greek mythology, the rose embodies both love and beauty, representing the incarnation of the goddess of beauty and infused with the essence of the god of love. It symbolizes romance, and roses of different colors and quantities carry unique meanings. Rose Square serves as both a wedding photography backdrop and a resting area in Alice Manor. It features a rose-decorated entrance, a fountain, lawns, cherry blossoms, luxury cars, and horse-drawn carriages. Visitors can enjoy desserts and coffee here, or capture refined life moments for couples.

Dream Flower Sea

This is also an ocean of flowers and a stage of falling petals. Spring brings rapeseed blossoms, summer sunflowers, autumn cosmos, and winter sulfur cosmos. Under the sunlight, they dance joyfully with industrious bees and cheerful butterflies, creating an exquisitely beautiful scene. There are also camphor trees adorned with wish bottles, the poetic Magpie Bridge, and flower-covered swings—each element contributing to a dreamlike atmosphere.

Mediterranean Style

The Mediterranean is one of the cradles of Western ancient civilization. Its vast azure waters and rich regional characteristics have deeply influenced the formation of the Mediterranean style, which is fundamentally defined by bright and pleasant colors. The Mediterranean style represents a highly leisurely way of life. Its architecture features simple, rounded lines, elegant porches, arches, and latticework, returning to simplicity while maintaining uniqueness. The Mediterranean style is the most exotic outdoor wedding photography spot in Alice Manor.

Wish Square

Making a wish is simply the act of expressing one’s desires through certain forms or mediums. However, this process of expression varies across cultures and eras, resulting in diverse traditions. “Wishing” has thus evolved into a rich cultural phenomenon. In ancient times, there were wishing stones, lanterns, pools, and trees; today, we have wish walls, bottles, and websites. At Alice Manor, the way to make a wish is to stand in Wish Square and silently send blessings to the spinning Ferris wheel. It’s a big circle, with our wishes right before our eyes—as if reality and dreams are just a step away.

Apeng River National Wetland Park

The Apeng River National Wetland Park originates in Lichuan, Hubei, flows through Qianjiang, and joins the Wu River at Gongtan, Youyang, spanning a total length of 249 kilometers. As the largest tributary of the lower Wu River, it is the mother river of the Tujia, Miao, and Han peoples. Alice Manor is situated in the middle section of the Apeng River Wetland Park, right at its most scenic and essential point.

Dream Non-House

A non-house is an advanced type of prefabricated integrated building. These structures are distinctive, quick to install, and can be constructed in as little as one month. Their lightweight components require no large-scale transportation or lifting equipment and can be delivered to any terrain. They offer structural safety, eco-friendly materials, fire and moisture resistance, thermal insulation, and cost-effectiveness, with low maintenance costs. Additionally, being ecologically built without land use restrictions and without damaging arable soil layers, they have become a popular new trend in architecture. The three buildings here are named Jianshan, Lüyao, and Shanfang, serving as distinctive homestays within the Alice scenic area. Nestled among forests and grasslands, they offer a place to listen to the wind and gaze at the river, perfect for relaxation.

China Moso Bamboo Garden

China Moso Bamboo is a national second-class rare plant, primarily found on steep slopes or cliff crevices below 150 meters altitude along the Yangtze River’s Three Gorges. It is extremely scarce. The tree has a unique shape, with thick roots, short and twisted aged branches, and exposed, gnarled roots, giving it an ancient and rustic appearance. It is the ideal material for cultivating potted plants and holds high ornamental value.

Golden Ball Tree Garden

Also known as Bottle Orchid, the Golden Ball Tree mainly grows in China’s Wuling Mountain region. It is a long-lived tree, surviving for up to a thousand years, and is also considered a tree of love. The Golden Ball Tree is a highly festive plant, especially during the period from New Year’s Day to Chinese New Year, when its fruits turn from green to red among the green leaves, resembling strings of small lanterns—creating a particularly joyful atmosphere.
