The Sanya Zhujiang Nantian Hot Springs Resort is a five-star resort that combines hot spring vacations, leisure wellness, health and beauty treatments, and business conferences. It is the largest open-air hot spring in China. The resort is situated in the Nantian Tourist City in Haitang Bay Town, Sanya, covering an area of more than 400 acres. The Sanya Zhujiang Nantian Hot Springs Resort is located in Nantian Tourist City, Haitang Bay Town, Sanya, about a 30-minute drive from downtown Sanya. Developed by Guangdong Zhujiang Industrial Co., Ltd., this large-scale hot spring resort officially opened its first phase to the public during this year’s May Day holiday. The resort features over ten hot spring pools of various sizes, nestled among green trees, with each pool offering a unique scenic view, creating its own distinctive hot spring landscape. In addition, there is a large hot spring swimming pool and a children’s activity pool designed by a renowned Hong Kong designer, allowing you to fully experience the uniqueness of Hainan’s low-temperature hot springs.

Guided by the principles of ecology, nature, health, and leisure, the resort aims to provide guests with the experience of “feeling therapy through movement, enjoying pleasure through warmth, and reflecting on life through relaxation.” The environment is naturally beautiful, the scenery is pleasant, and the spring water is crystal clear and smooth to the touch. There are 67 uniquely designed hot spring pools that combine modern hot spring therapy, fitness, and entertainment. The average temperature of the geothermal mineral water at Nantian Hot Springs is 57 degrees Celsius, with fluoride content ranging from 2.04 to 7.7 mg/L and metasilicic acid content between 68.5 and 117.5 mg/L—both reaching the standards for named mineral water concentration and therapeutic value. The water is suitable for development as medical geothermal mineral water. The geothermal field produces up to 10,000 cubic meters of mineral water per day, making it a large-scale medical geothermal mineral water field. It is one of the rare hot springs in China that meets national standards in three key mineral categories, and is honored as the “Number One Spring in China.”
