The large Thai-themed amusement park “Sanya Love World” is invested in by the newly established Sanya Madi Chuangjian Co., Ltd. Upon completion, it will become another distinctive attraction in Sanya, following Yalong Bay, Nanshan, and Tianya Haijiao. The park is located east of Tianya Haijiao and south of the South End Ignition Platform. The total investment for the project is 250 million yuan, with Chinese investors providing the land and Thai partners supplying animals such as crocodiles and tigers, as well as funding for construction. It is planned to be completed and operational by the end of 2002.

Huang Chuangshan, chairman of the Thai investor Madi Chuangjian Co., Ltd., introduced that the park’s construction includes an elephant eco-park, tiger eco-park, crocodile eco-park, Thai cultural performance hall, tropical plant displays, and a specialty shopping mall. The park aims to foster public understanding and awareness of wildlife conservation by creating a beautiful environment with scenic landscapes, lush greenery, blooming flowers, flowing streams, and harmonious coexistence between humans and animals. The entire project integrates sightseeing, entertainment, dining, shopping, research, and related product processing, emphasizing visitor participation, fun, and education.

It is reported that the large-scale theme park “Sanya Love World” has received support from both the Thai side and the Sanya local government. Previously, senior Thai officials had led multiple business delegations to Hainan to conduct comprehensive inspections of Sanya’s overall tourism investment environment, and in July of this year, they signed a letter of intent with the Sanya municipal government for a 200 million USD investment in the development of Sanya’s tourism resources.
