Jiefang Road Pedestrian Street is a commercial street in the city center of Sanya, where you can find a variety of clothes and shoes, as well as local specialties and snacks. Although this commercial street is not very large, it is located in the city center of Sanya, so most visitors to Sanya will come here to stroll around and pick up some local products to take home.

Jiefang Road Pedestrian Street is 230 meters long. In terms of layout, there are two four-story buildings and one street entrance on both the east and west sides, four six-story buildings on the south side, and three six-story buildings on the north side. There are three double-deck pedestrian overpasses inside the street that connect the north and south building clusters, forming a shape resembling a square “mouth.”

A newly developed section along the street dedicated to Hainan tourism crafts and jewelry is also the only crafts street in Hainan, featuring a wide array of handicrafts that reflect the local culture and charm of Hainan.
