The Eternal Love Scenic Area is a performance-themed brand of the “Eternal Love” series, tailor-made for Sanya by Songcheng Performance Company. The performances are the highlight of the scenic area, seamlessly integrated with the attractions. As you stroll through the various mini-scenic spots along the way, you can often catch smaller shows. The themed area includes main zones such as Yazhou Ancient City, Elephant Valley, Science and Technology Amusement Hall, Li Village, Miao Village, South China Sea Goddess Square, Ghost Domain Fright, Celebrity Mountain, and more.

Upon entering the scenic area, you’ll first see the Totem Avenue. After passing through the Totem Path, you’ll arrive at South China Sea Goddess Square, which also serves as the main entrance to the scenic area. The statue of the goddess is majestic, making it a great spot for photos. Moving further inside, you’ll first come across the Science and Technology Amusement Hall. This hall uses high-tech to showcase a variety of incredible and bizarre phenomena, featuring high-tech adventure experience areas such as the Eye of the Storm, Shipwreck Sound Room at Cape, Mysterious Street, and Layman’s Mansion.

Next is the Yazhou Ancient City area, which features classic Chinese antique-style architecture. Performances can be seen on Yaqian Street and Coconut Breeze Street. The Li Village and Miao Village are designed with ethnic minority architectural styles. In the Miao Village, there's a performance featuring fire-walking and walking on blades, as well as acrobatic fire-breathing acts.

All attractions in the area are man-made. The main activities involve walking around, admiring the imitation buildings, and taking photos. The scenic area isn’t very large and can be explored in a single loop. It’s advisable to plan your visit according to the performance schedule, combining sightseeing with watching the shows. If you get hungry, there are food stalls within the scenic area, but the prices at the snack plaza tend to be a bit high. You may want to bring some snacks with you.

The biggest highlight of the entire scenic area is the grand song and dance show of the same name, “Eternal Love Sanya.” The performance is divided into the prelude “Dynamic Sanya,” the prologue “Luobi Cave,” Act I “Madam Xian,” Act II “Maritime Silk Road,” and Act III “Jianzhen’s Eastward Crossing.” The overall plot is simple and suitable for all ages. The sound, lighting, props, and stage effects are all excellent.
