"Hai Pan Nan Tian" 300th Anniversary Sculpture Wall

The "Hai Pan Nan Tian" 300th Anniversary Sculpture Wall was unveiled in November 2014. The commemorative event for the 300th anniversary of "Hai Pan Nan Tian" was also part of the 2014 celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France. The relief patterns on the memorial wall are taken from one of the tapestries in the "History of the Chinese Emperor" series, created in the late 1680s by the Beauvais Manufactory in France, depicting the scene of Emperor Kangxi discussing astronomical measurements with French scientists.

Ticket Price

1. Peak Season: 95 RMB for individual visitors, 50 RMB for discounted tickets.

2. Off-Peak Season: 80 RMB for individual visitors, 50 RMB for discounted tickets, including a 5 RMB government price adjustment fund.

Discount Policies

1. Students, seniors aged 60–69, people with disabilities (with valid ID), and children between 1.2–1.4 meters tall can enter at 50 RMB during both peak and off-peak seasons.

2. Active-duty military personnel, revolutionary disabled veterans, retired military personnel, seniors aged 70 and above (inclusive), children under 1.2 meters tall, and other individuals may be granted free admission according to relevant national, provincial, and municipal regulations.

Tips

1. Generally, the peak season refers to the period from October 1 to April 30 each year, while the off-peak season refers to the period from May 1 to September 30 each year.

2. June 1 of each year is designated as the scenic area’s Free Admission Day. Visitors with valid local ID (household registration or ID card) can enter for free.
