Blue Ocean Diving Club
Hainan Sanya’s “Blue Ocean Diving Club” was established on May 1, 2007, by veteran diving instructors with many years of diving experience in Sanya. The founders hold certifications including PADI Course Director, PADI Divemaster (Assistant Instructor), CMAS One-Star Instructor, and CMAS Four-Star Diver.
