Mifa Guihua Hall

The “Kūkai Memorial Garden” is located in front of the 108-meter-tall Guanyin statue on the sea at the Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone in Sanya. Its main structure is the “Mifa Guihua Hall” cultural exhibition area, a Japanese-style Tang-style building covering an area of over 600 square meters.

In addition to an exhibition hall that blends the features of Tangmi and Tōmitsu Buddhism, the “Mifa Guihua Hall” also plans to build a memorial plaza for HuiGuo, the last patriarch of Tangmi, as well as large stone carvings of Buddhist deities themed around Jizō Bosatsu from Tōmitsu Buddhism.
