The Lin Honggao Walled Building is located in Sanjiang Town, Meilan District, Haikou City, dating back to 1922. It is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Hainan Province.

Protected area: with the building itself as the center, it extends 15.9 meters eastward, 19.9 meters southward, 14.5 meters westward, and 9.7 meters northward.

Sanjiang Town: Located in the eastern part of Haikou City, at latitude 19°53′ north and longitude 110°36′ east. It borders Dongzhai Harbor and the state-owned Sanjiang Farm to the east, neighbors Yanfeng Town to the north, lies adjacent to Yunlong Town and Hongqi Town of Qiongshan District to the west, and is close to Dajipo Town to the south. The town covers a total land area of 70.9 square kilometers, administers 9 village (residential) committees, includes 102 natural villages, and has a population of 24,717 (including 9,951 from Sanjiang Farm). In 2011, the total output value of industry and agriculture reached 202 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 5,675 yuan.
