The Xiaodong Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument is located on Xiaodong Dachong Ridge in Xiaodong Town, Qinnan District, Qinzhou City. It dates to the contemporary era and is classified as a non-cultural relic structure.

It was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit in August 2012.

Xiaodong Town: Xiaodong Town is situated in the central part of Qinnan District. It lies 28 kilometers south of downtown Qinzhou City and 82 kilometers north of the provincial capital, Nanning. The town covers an area of 150.31 square kilometers, including an urban area of 5.1 square kilometers. It administers 16 village committees and 1 community neighborhood committee, with a total population of 81,000, of which 28,000 live in the urban area. The town has 36,210 mu of arable land, 110,757 mu of forested land, and 44,812 mu of fruit orchards.
