Wucai Pastoral Modern Characteristic Agricultural Demonstration Zone

The Wucai Pastoral Modern Characteristic Agricultural Demonstration Zone is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The "Wucai Pastoral" Modern Characteristic Agricultural Demonstration Zone is located in Yudong New District, Yulin City, 3 kilometers from downtown Yulin and 5 kilometers from Beiliu City. It encompasses 10 administrative villages, covers an area of 52 square kilometers, and has a population of 32,600. The demonstration zone focuses on characteristic forestry, fruit, grain, and southern medicinal herbs, with a clear functional positioning as a center for "producing healthy food, demonstrating and promoting technology, offering leisure and experiential tourism, providing urban green space, integrating urban-rural industries, revitalizing rural culture, and creating an ecological and livable working environment." It has selected seven distinctive agricultural industries for rational planning, defined the overall layout of "one core, three zones, and multiple parks," as well as the "1+5+N" structure for key projects. Within 5–7 years, the goal is to develop the demonstration zone into "a pioneer area for the expansion of Yulin’s urban agricultural functions, the core area of the Taiwan Straits Agricultural Cooperation Pilot Zone, a beautiful pastoral area of Guangxi’s urban-rural integration ecological new district, and a modern characteristic agricultural demonstration zone between China and ASEAN." The 'one core and three zones' of the 'Wucai Pastoral' Modern Characteristic Agricultural Demonstration Zone refer to the Haishi District Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Zone, the Characteristic Agricultural Industry Zone, the Urban Agricultural Leisure Zone, and the Farm Manor Aggregation Zone.

Currently, our organization continues to provide comprehensive technical support including landscape design, horticultural technical services, and production and operational management, based on the completion of the demonstration zone’s planning, design, and construction. We are also responsible for organizing and operating the Guangxi “Wucai Pastoral” Agricultural Carnival. The event attracted 165,000 visitors within just three days of opening.
