Yili Sauce Workshop is located on Nongle Slope, Dengwei Village, Jinling Town, Xixiangtang District. Dating back to the Republican era, it is categorized as a modern-era significant historical site and representative architecture.

In 2017, Yili Sauce Workshop was designated as a cultural heritage site under the protection of Nanning City.

Dengwei Village: Located in the northwest of Jinling Town, Dengwei Village sits along the Youjiang River. It borders Leyong Village to the east, Julian Village to the west, the Nalong Coal Mine to the south, and Yeren Village and Liandang Village of Tiandeng County, Long’an, to the north. The village covers a total area of approximately 10 square kilometers, comprising 3 natural slopes, 19 villager groups, 1,426 households, and a population of 5,230. The arable land area is 3,150 mu, and fruit cultivation covers 6,210 mu. The main crops are rice and bananas, supplemented by livestock and aquaculture. Since the reform and opening-up, the local economy has continued to grow, and agricultural output has steadily increased.
