Zhou Duhe Martyrs' Memorial Tower is a cultural relic protection unit of Nanning City, a classic red tourism destination, and a patriotic education base.

Zhou Duhe Martyrs' Memorial Tower is located on Shangpo in Xingping Village, Shuangding Town, Xixiangtang District. It dates back to the Republican era and is categorized as a modern-era significant historical site and representative structure.

The martyrs' cemetery on Zhoubiao Ridge in Xinglong Street, Xingping Village, Shuangding Town, Xixiangtang District, is the resting place of the Hunan-born martyr — Zhou Duhe. During his lifetime, Martyr Zhou Duhe was a combatant of the Third Detachment of the Yangtze River Unit of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, hailing from Jiujianwan Village, Qiyang County, Hunan Province. In 1949, as the Chinese People's Liberation Army advanced southward, western Guangxi was subsequently liberated. However, the remaining Kuomintang forces entrenched around Shuangding colluded with bandits to carry out raids. Faced with the critical situation of being outnumbered, the People's Liberation Army stationed in Shuangding Town, under the leadership of Comrade Zhou Duhe, demonstrated brave, resourceful, and self-sacrificing fighting spirit, engaging in fierce battles with the bandits. After half a day of intense combat, many bandits were killed or wounded and were forced to flee in disarray. The lives and property of over two hundred households in Longwei were thus preserved. Nevertheless, Comrade Zhou Duhe sacrificed his life heroically during the battle.

Xingping Village: Located in the central part of Shuangding Town, Xingping Village is 40 kilometers from Nanning City. County Road 014 runs through the village, offering convenient transportation. The terrain is mainly hilly, and the administrative area covers approximately 38 square kilometers.
