Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center

Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center covers an area of 850 acres and serves as the permanent venue for the China-ASEAN Expo. It was co-designed by German gmp Design Company and Guangxi Architectural Design and Research Institute. The main architectural design is ingenious and thoughtfully conceived, built along the natural contours of the land, giving it a grand and imposing presence.

Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center consists of the main building, the Convention and Exhibition Square, the Folk Song Square, and the Administrative Complex Building. The main building has a total floor area of 152,100 square meters and is divided into three sections: conference, exhibition, and a large banquet hall. The conference section includes the Conference Center, multifunctional halls, and office spaces, featuring 14 meeting rooms of varying sizes, fully equipped sound amplification systems, a 10+1 simultaneous interpretation system, video conferencing systems, public address systems, security systems, computer network systems, and a press center. It can accommodate various domestic and international conferences, business negotiations, and academic presentations. The multifunctional circular hall has a usable area of 3,000 square meters and can hold 1,500 people, making it an ideal venue for large conferences, exhibitions, banquets, and cultural events. ...includes a main hall that can accommodate 1,000 diners at once, 34 private rooms, and an open food display area. The décor is elegant, and the environment is comfortable, making it an ideal place for hosting various types of banquets. The exhibition section features two floors of exhibition halls, comprising 15 exhibition halls of different sizes (the largest being 8,100 square meters), with a total exhibition area of over 48,000 square meters. It can host 3,360 international standard booths and more than 300 non-standard booths. The Administrative Complex Building has a floor area of 15,800 square meters and includes office spaces, multifunctional exhibition halls, exhibit fabrication workshops, and storage areas. It also comes with a conference hall that can seat 300 people. When combined, the main building’s exhibition halls, the multifunctional hall (which can host 110 booths), the Administrative Complex Building’s multifunctional exhibition hall (which can host 203 booths), and the square offer a total exhibition area of over 80,000 square meters.

In addition, Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center features an eco-friendly parking lot covering 35,600 square meters, which can accommodate approximately 1,000 cars, and the 256-acre Folk Song Square. The Folk Song Square serves cultural activities, exhibitions, and sports and leisure functions, and is the main venue for the annual Nanning International Folk Song Art Festival, with a main stage that can hold up to 35,000 people.
