Nanning South China City Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Nanning South China City is located at No. 56 Shajing Avenue, Jiangnan District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It borders Shajing Avenue to the east, Fule West Road to the south, Luowen Avenue to the west, and Dingjin Road to the north. It is 3 kilometers from Nanning South Railway Station and 15 kilometers from Nanning Wuxu International Airport, offering excellent transportation access. The project has a planned total construction area of 4.88 million square meters, with a total planned investment exceeding 12 billion RMB. It is invested in and constructed by South China City Holdings Limited.

Nanning South China City is a logistics city that integrates trading centers for building materials & home furnishings, textiles & leather, electronics & electrical appliances, chemicals & plastics, auto parts, daily necessities, and ASEAN small commodities. It covers thousands of product categories including textiles, garments, leather, leather goods, electronics, chemicals, plastics, printing, paper products, packaging, ASEAN small commodities, and industrial raw materials, along with specialized logistics and warehousing facilities for related products. The complex also includes supporting facilities such as star-rated hotels, office buildings, and residential areas.

Based in Nanning, oriented toward southwestern China, and radiating to ASEAN, it aims to become a comprehensive and modern China-ASEAN commodity trading center with a full range of products. It will provide a support platform for the manufacturing and commercial logistics industries in Nanning and the Guangxi region. The project holds significant importance in helping enterprises reduce production, procurement, and logistics costs, improve procurement efficiency and profitability, enhance the investment environment and urban image, improve urban functions and industrial layout, stimulate entrepreneurship and employment, and increase local fiscal revenue. It is expected that upon completion and operation, nearly 100,000 SMEs will set up operations here, with 150,000 to 200,000 people living or working within Nanning South China City. The annual transaction volume is projected to exceed 100 billion RMB, generating over 1 billion RMB in fiscal revenue for Nanning each year. This will contribute to elevating Nanning’s overall image, advancing the construction of its "Three Bases and One Center", and fostering the development of China-ASEAN economic and trade relations.
