The Mingyang Xianghongyang Modern Agricultural Manor is located in the core area of Nanning’s Wuxu Airport Economic Zone. It is the largest modern eco-agricultural sightseeing park in the Nanning region, integrating cherry blossom viewing and high-efficiency fruit cultivation. The manor has been planned and constructed strictly according to star-rated standards, actively striving to become a national modern agricultural manor, and is committed to creating a landscape-filled park with joy at every turn and fruit available in all four seasons.

It has now become Guangxi’s first high-end fruit planting demonstration garden that integrates cherry blossom leisure ecotourism. The estate has set national records for the highest per-tree and per-mu yield of Wogan (a type of mandarin), the earliest production start, the best quality, the largest contiguous planting scale, the most comprehensive facility support, and the highest level of integrated technology. It has been designated by the Ministry of Agriculture as a pilot unit for the creation of a national standardized Wogan production demonstration garden.

The farm continues to take agriculture as its entry point, premium fruit cultivation as its breakthrough, and landscape development as its foundation, while introducing a broad range of tourism industries. This forms a land-use development oriented towards tourism and leisure, creating a new-type ecological site that integrates fruit planting and picking, agricultural experience and sightseeing, multifunctional exhibitions, as well as sports, leisure, and wellness.
