Niu Ping Tun, Yanglin Village, Tongle Town, Leye County, is located to the south of Tongle Town, 8 kilometers along the National Hiking & Fitness Trail, and 5.5 kilometers from the county seat. The village covers a total area of 1.5 square kilometers and is home to 42 households comprising 162 people of Han and Zhuang ethnicities. It officially opened to the public in May 2011. The village boasts beautiful natural scenery—majestic mountains, clear waters, spectacular caves, lush trees, and elegant bamboo groves—creating a picturesque "world apart" reminiscent of "a small bridge, flowing water, and rural homes." Here, the unique folk customs of the highland Han people and the local Zhuang people blend seamlessly.
