From April 25 to 28, the 5th China Baise Leye International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge will take place in Leye County, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The Kolumb (Kolon Step) outdoor team will compete in the Baise race for the fourth time, going up against 20 of the world’s top teams from countries including Sweden, the UK, the US, Denmark, the Philippines, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Germany, and France.
This edition of the competition includes events such as cross-country running, mountain biking, run-bike-run, rock wall rappelling, rowing, rafting, orienteering, and outdoor skills. It is the largest in scale to date, featuring the highest number of participating teams and international athletes. The race route has been shortened to 180 kilometers compared to previous years, but the difficulty level has increased once again.

Rafting, stream tracing… water is an integral part of outdoor competitions, making amphibious shoes the best choice. A pair of comfortable amphibious shoes helps athletes stay focused on the race. These shoes feature a quick-adjustment system on the lacing, making them easy to put on and take off. The one-piece design of the shoe upper and lining offers comfort and lightness, while the side-drilled outsole and K-WDS drainage system ensure rapid water expulsion.
The Kolumb (Kolon Step) outdoor team achieved their best-ever national first-place finish in the Baise race back in 2009. Just ten days ago, the team also claimed the championship title at the National Mountain Outdoor Sports Championship. With this momentum and professional gear, the team hopes to break records and achieve new glory at the Baise race.
