Xigupo Zhuang Village Scenic Area in Yayao Township

Xigupo Zhuang Village in Yayao Township is located in Zhangkou Village, Yayao Township, with the clear Langxi River winding around the village and endless bamboo forests lining both banks. While exploring Xigupo, visitors can enjoy eco-friendly cuisine and healthy local ingredients, stay in traditional Zhuang-style courtyards listening to the sounds of water and insects, engage in fun activities on the water, admire the residential architecture of northern Guangxi’s Zhuang people, experience the culture of longevity and wellness, and explore Zhuang ethnic customs.

It is reported that the Xigupo Zhuang Village Scenic Area holds a bonfire party every Saturday this month. Visitors can gather around the fire to chat freely, listen to love songs sung by Zhuang people, and taste local specialties such as glutinous rice cakes, glutinous rice chicken, Chongyang wine, and oil tea.

Travel Route: Rong’an County Town (along National Highway 209) → Chang’an to Banlan Highway → Dajiang Town → Guyun Village in Dajiang Town → Guyun to Yayao Highway → Xigupo Scenic Spot (approximately 35 kilometers from the county town to the scenic spot).
