Lüxianting Subdistrict: Lüxianting Subdistrict in Yueyanglou District was originally known as Chengnan Subdistrict of Yueyang County Town in 1956, renamed to Nanshi District Office in 1975, and established as Lüxianting Subdistrict in May 1984. The government office is located on Dongting South Road. It borders the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway to the east, faces Dongting Lake to the west, reaches Huping Railway Station to the south, and ends at Jiefang Road via Tianyue Mountain to the north, covering an area of 3.3 square kilometers. In 1997, it administered ten neighborhood committees—Yangjie, Yutian, Xianfeng Road, Yanjia Chong, Hanjiawan, Lüxianting, Nanjin Port, Baishu Village, Moshan, and Huping—with 93 resident groups, 8,398 households, and a population of 25,205.
