Furong Township in Beihu District, Chenzhou City, is located in the southwest of Beihu District and at the junction of Beihu, Yizhang, and Linwu counties/districts. It sits at an elevation of 1,400 meters, covering a land area of 64.77 square kilometers, with 4,800 mu of arable land and 80,100 mu of forested land. The township administers eight administrative villages: Furong, Changyuan, Yangtouling, Liaojiadong, Lishuxia, Taoyuan, Anyuan, and Wuchangping, comprising a total of 54 villager groups and one neighborhood committee.
