Tongdao Duyan Park

Duyan Park is located one kilometer southeast of the county seat of Tongdao Dong Autonomous County, covering an area of 2.5 square kilometers. It is one of the eight major scenic spots in the Wanfo Mountain Provincial Scenic Area. The Duyan Scenic Area is a Danxia landform park centered around Duyan Rock. Major attractions include: Duyan Rock, Sister Peaks, Qingyun Temple, Lion Looking Back, and dozens of towering stone mountains rising abruptly from the flat ground.

Tongdao Duyan Park is a multifunctional urban park in the county, featuring a tourist resort zone, cultural and entertainment zone, water recreation zone, and natural scenery sightseeing zone. By Duyan Lake stands an exquisitely crafted wind-and-rain bridge for visitors to rest, alongside which there is also a charming Dong-style teahouse. Qingyun Temple enjoys a serene environment, embraced by lush pines and bamboos, making it a sacred Buddhist site. At the valley entrance between Qingyun Peak and Sister Peaks, there is a rock mound in the center resembling a golden clam holding a pearl. The valley is filled with verdant trees, fragrant flowers, and birdsong.
