Gangzi Foye Temple is a cultural heritage site protected by Baokang County.

Gangzi Foye Temple is located on a loess ridge in Gangzi Village, Siping Town. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

In 2012, the People’s Government of Baokang County designated it as part of the third batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units.

Siping Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Baokang County. It was the Tenth District in 1951, renamed Hongqi Commune in 1958, reinstated as a district in 1984, and became a town in 1988. Located in the northwest of the county, it covers an area of 352.3 square kilometers with a population of 31,000. National Highway 316 runs through the town, and the Nanhe River flows within its borders.
