Attraction Introduction

The Three Gorges of the Yangtze River stretch from Baidi City in Chongqing in the west to Nanjin Pass in Yichang in the east. It is a magnificent canyon section of the Yangtze River and one of China’s top ten scenic spots. As one of the birthplaces of ancient Chinese culture, it boasts many historical sites such as Baidi City, Huangling, and Nanjin Pass. Among them, Qutang Gorge is the most precipitous, with cliffs on both sides rising almost vertically and the distance between them being less than 100 meters.
