The Dengfeng Kiln Ceramics Museum is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

The Dengfeng Kiln Ceramics Museum in Zhengzhou is a comprehensive ceramics museum that combines functions such as collection, exhibition, restoration, replication, experience, and creation. It mainly collects ceramic specimens from the Dengfeng Kiln, as well as those from other nearby kilns. In addition to exhibiting its collections, the museum has also replicated a traditional ceramic production line, showcasing the craftsmanship processes of ceramic processing, production, and firing during the Song Dynasty.

The Dengfeng Ancient Ceramics Museum is a non-profit, grassroots cultural institution dedicated to promoting the ceramic culture of Mount Song and serving social development. It is a permanent public welfare organization and also serves as an educational base for traditional and patriotic education among young people. The museum houses over 20,000 pieces (fragments) of ceramic specimens dating back to the Neolithic period, and features a complete set of Northern Song Dynasty ceramic production procedures and craftsmanship processes. It also includes a modern ceramic art innovation base — the Dengfeng Kiln Ink Wash Porcelain Cultural and Creative Park. Through the display of ancient ceramic specimens, traditional replicas, modern ceramic masterpieces, and traditional production and firing processes, the museum offers a comprehensive and in-depth representation of Dengfeng’s ceramic history and culture. It allows visitors to perceive Dengfeng’s glorious past, appreciate its vibrant present, and envision its promising future.

The Dengfeng Kiln Ceramics Museum in Zhengzhou was established in September 2012 and is located at the Horticultural Farm in the historic city of Dengfeng (Wang Village, Donghua Town). Covering an area of over 20 acres with a construction area of more than 3,000 square meters, the museum houses over 30,000 pieces (fragments) of ceramic specimens. It is a non-state-owned ceramics museum that integrates multiple functions including collection, exhibition, restoration, replication, experience, and creation.
