Xihuang Guandi Temple is a cultural heritage site protected by Henan Province.

Xihuang Guandi Temple is located in Guandi Village, Xihuang Township, Xichuan County. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty. The temple is among the seventh batch of cultural heritage sites protected by Henan Province.

Xihuang Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Xichuan County. Established in 1958 as Xihuang Township, it was reorganized as a commune in 1969 and reverted to township status in 1983. Located northwest of the county seat, it is 45 kilometers from the county center. Covering an area of 186.5 square kilometers, it has a population of 24,000. National Highway 209 and the Shangji–Jingziguan Road pass through the area.
