Lei Yihe & Long Yihe Traditional Chinese Medicine Shop is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Henan Province.

Lei Yihe & Long Yihe Traditional Chinese Medicine Shop is located on the north side of West Street in Xiaoyao Town, Xihua County. It is one of the few well-preserved historic brand buildings discovered in southeastern Henan. The structure faces south, features a flush-gable roof, and consists of two stories.

According to the *Xihua County Annals*, Lei Yihe was founded in the 11th year of the Guangxu reign (1885) by Lei Chengzu from Chaoyi County, Shaanxi Province. Long Yihe was established in the 31st year of the Guangxu reign (1905) by Wei Runtian from Yongji County, Shanxi Province.

Xiaoyao Town: Located in the southwestern part of Xihua County, Xiaoyao Town sits at the junction of five counties and three cities. The Shaying River flows past the town, covering a total area of 53 square kilometers with 53,745 mu of arable land. It governs 29 administrative villages and 54 natural villages, with a total population of 51,000, predominantly Han Chinese, including 3,500 Hui people, making it a major Hui ethnic enclave in Xihua County.

Xiaoyao Town is a renowned town in the Central Plains with a long history.
