Oyster Season Kicks Off in Autumn: Taipei Sheraton Grand Taipei’s The Garden Offers a Choice of Three out of Ten French Oyster Dishes

Taipei Sheraton Grand Taipei’s The Garden Chinese Restaurant will launch a limited-time “Early Autumn Ultra-Light Seafood Feast” for two weeks starting September 15. Featuring Gillardeau oysters flown in fresh from France, diners can choose any three out of ten oyster preparations crafted by The Garden’s Chef Kao Kang-hui, along with Seafood Crab Congee (with unlimited refills), Geleshan Lobster, Red Date Lily and Lotus Seed Jelly, and Mango Pomelo Sago. Priced at NT$2,200 per person + 10%.

The ten oyster preparations in the “Early Autumn Ultra-Light Seafood Feast” include Original with Lemon Juice, Sake Jelly, Mullet Roe Q, Sichuan Pepper and Lemon Salt, Truffle Salt Roast, Kavalan Wine Grilled, Pomelo Salt Q, Vinegar Pepper Soak, Scallion Egg Fried, and Golden Flower Steamed. Additionally, freshly prepared Seafood Crab Congee comes with unlimited refills. From September 15 to September 30, diners who order two or more Early Autumn Ultra-Light Seafood Feast sets at the same table will enjoy a Buy One Get One Free promotion on selected white wines.
