Can you enjoy the culinary skills of a Michelin one-star chef for just a thousand yuan, and eat as much as you like? To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Taipei’s Xihua Hotel is launching the “Provence Spring Feast” at its B-one Buffet Restaurant from March 3 to March 31. The event features guest chef XAVIER MATHIEU, a French Michelin one-star chef, with each person paying just 1,100 NT plus 10%.
French Michelin one-star chef XAVIER MATHIEU will be the guest chef at Xihua’s buffet restaurant from March 3 to March 31. The menu includes classic French dishes such as Burgundy snails in parsley sauce, Provence-style crispy frog legs with herbs and tomato, premium duck liver mousse with fig jam on brioche bread, and traditional Marseille-style dishes—over a hundred varieties of authentic French cuisine available for unlimited indulgence. The chef will also prepare lobster dishes tableside for guests. Prices start from just 1,100 NT plus 10%.
