The former site of Jinan Huifeng Flour Mill Co., Ltd. is located at No. 336 Wulong South Road, Laiyang City, dating back to 1953.

On May 20, 2011, the former site of Jinan Huifeng Flour Mill Co., Ltd. was designated as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Yantai.

Protected area: 25 meters eastward from the east wall of the finished product warehouse of the former site to the west side of Wulong South Road, 50 meters southward from the south wall of the raw material warehouse of the former site to the south side of the steaming workshop of Tiantianle Flour Mill Co., Ltd., 40 meters westward from the west wall of the raw material warehouse of the former site to the middle of the storage buildings of the National Grain Reserve Depot, and 30 meters northward from the north wall of the by-product warehouse of the former site to the north side of the warehouse of Tiantianle Flour Co., Ltd.
