Country Garden · Ten-Mile Golden Beach is a four-season hot spring beach resort city developed by Country Garden, a 22-year expert in resort real estate, in the eastern part of Qingdao. Located on the beautiful eastern Qingdao · Haiyang Fairyland Coast, the beach where the project sits is known as the "Island of Longevity" and is a national-level marine special protection area. It is adjacent to a national 3A-level scenic spot and the hosting venue of the Asian Beach Games, with no industrial pollution and natural resources recognized worldwide.

The ten-mile beach widens to 300 meters at low tide, with an average annual temperature of 16°C, free from extreme cold or heat, making it a rare summer retreat. The project features vast shallow sea areas with calm waves and gentle slopes, suitable for various water sports, and offers recreational facilities such as beach volleyball, beach soccer, and jet skis.

Five-star standard hotels have been fully opened: featuring a 26-story butterfly-wing design inspired by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, with a specially designed panoramic aquarium housing a variety of precious tropical fish, creating a spectacular view. There are over 330 first-line sea-view rooms, multi-functional meeting rooms, a thousand-person international banquet hall, as well as a collection of premium facilities including Chinese and Western restaurants, chess and card rooms, fitness centers, and various sports courts, meeting all business and travel needs.

The Four-Season Hot Spring Sports Center has been opened, with hot spring wells personally surveyed and drilled by a world-renowned Japanese hot spring expert team. A 2000-meter-deep hot spring well provides 25 distinctive pools rich in beneficial mineral elements such as sodium, magnesium, and sulfur. The world-rare Golden Spring and Silver Spring, along with iron-rich strong salt springs, carbonated springs, and radioactive springs, rival Japan’s famous Arima Springs among the world’s top five hot springs. Facilities include basketball courts, badminton courts, billiard rooms, table tennis rooms, bowling alleys, squash courts, indoor golf driving ranges, as well as a children’s playground, 3D cinema, gym, chess and card room, and reading room.

Covering tens of thousands of square meters, the Oxford Commercial Street resembles a European town, with supermarkets, Chinese and Western restaurants, fruit shops, and more already open for business. The Cape No.1 Bar Street, facing the first-line beach scenery, hosts theme bars, high-end seafood restaurants, coffee and book bars, and beach clubs that are already in operation. This area has become a designated shooting location for over a hundred renowned photography agencies, making it one of China’s most beautiful photography bases. Possibly the best boarding-style elite school in northern China—Country Garden International School—was founded in June 2014. It includes a Chinese Department, International Department, International Students Department, and Cultural Training Department, offering integrated education from kindergarten to junior high school, allowing children to enjoy quality education by the sea while parents vacation or retire and take care of their boarding children. There is also an over 1,000-square-meter infinity-edge sea-view swimming pool with a wavy design that perfectly blends with the ocean view, featuring a children’s pool with water slides, multiple thatched observation pavilions, and various lounge chairs for people of all ages to play and relax, living every day in a seaside garden.

A massive investment has been made to create a parent-child farm and Tiger Foot Mountain Theme Park, with 360-degree sloped gardens that have negative oxygen ion levels far exceeding those of urban areas, serving as a natural urban green lung. Seawater has been introduced into the community to create multiple leisure attractions including Tiger Foot Mountain Park, fishing gardens, Prayer Island, meandering water boardwalks, and Smurfs-themed gardens. Decorative items such as whimsical seashells, starfish, and coral ornaments, as well as themed sculptures, are spread throughout the community. Landscaping features such as ginkgo trees, cedar trees, and Mount Tai stones have been carefully selected to create a multi-layered, three-dimensional garden.
