Mopan Street in Dongbeiyu Village is a cultural heritage site protected by Laizhou City.

Mopan Street in Dongbeiyu Village is located in Dongbeiyu Village, Wenchang Road Subdistrict, Laizhou City. Locally known as "Mopan Street" by residents, this street is 107 meters long, 2.15 meters wide, and covers an area of approximately 250 square meters. The road surface is paved entirely with broken millstone fragments of varying sizes and in great quantity. According to villagers, "Mopan Street" is a remnant of the late Ming Dynasty battle to defend Laizhou City. In the fourth year of the Chongzhen Emperor’s reign (1631), Kong Youde and Li Jiucheng led a rebellion and attacked Laizhou City. Zhu Wannian, the city's prefect, commanded troops to defend the city day and night. After months of siege, the rebels failed to breach the city’s strong defenses. These millstones and stone blocks were used as weapons thrown at the enemy during the defense, and were later collected and repaved to form the street as a commemorative gesture. This historical site holds significant reference value for researching the history and culture of ancient Laizhou City.

In 2012, it was designated as a key cultural heritage site under the protection of Laizhou City.
