Oujiakuang Village is situated in the renowned AAAA-level ecological tourism area—the Luoshan Gold Culture Tourism Area. It has been honored as a Shandong Provincial Civilized Unit for 10 consecutive years, recognized as an Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in Shandong Province for four consecutive terms, awarded the title of National Well-Off Model Village for two consecutive terms, and received the title of National Model Village for Democratic and Legal System Construction in 2005. It has also been named a National Civilized Village for three consecutive terms. In February 2009, it was designated as a “Rural-Type Demonstration Village for Socialist New Countryside Construction” by the Yantai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Municipal Government.

Located in a mountainous area, Oujiakuang Village boasts beautiful natural scenery and abundant tourism resources. It features an agricultural picking garden that integrates sightseeing, fruit picking, and leisure. The annual Locust Flower Picking Festival and Blueberry Picking Festival keep visitors entertained, offering them the joy of rural harvesting. The Li Ruixin Paper-cutting Creation Studio promotes and spreads traditional Chinese folk paper-cutting art and culture, adding to the village’s cultural charm and ambiance. Here, visitors can not only enjoy the beautiful natural landscape and the fun of hands-on picking but also learn about traditional culture and enhance their personal cultivation through cultural enrichment.
