Students cycle during summer vacation to promote "green electricity use"
To advocate for “green electricity use” during the summer vacation, five students majoring in electrical automation from Qingdao Agricultural University decided to embark on a cycling campaign. Over the course of five days, they passed through cities such as Laixi, Zhaoyuan, and Longkou, visiting over a hundred towns and villages, covering a total distance of more than 1,000 li. Team members distributed safety brochures on electricity use along the way and used hanging posters and display boards to show villagers the potential safety hazards caused by improper electricity usage. At the same time, the practice team conducted research on issues in the villagers' production and daily life, providing a basis and creative ideas for this year’s science and technology competitions and project proposals.
