Xinsheng Lakeside Retreat
Xinsheng Lakeside Retreat is situated by the Dahe Reservoir in Jinling Town, Zhaoyuan, surrounded by blue skies and clear waters, far from pollution, and featuring picturesque scenery. With the strong backing of the Jinling Town Party Committee and government, it was invested in and built by Zhaoyuan Xinsheng Transportation Engineering Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 3.6 million yuan and a construction area of 1,200 m². The project took one year to complete and was meticulously crafted as a distinctive fine-dining establishment. The retreat’s architectural style embodies traditional Chinese charm, featuring grey bricks, dark tiles, carved beams, and painted rafters. Upon entering, elements of traditional Chinese culture are visible and tangible everywhere. The retreat offers 15 exquisitely designed private dining rooms, each unique and refined in style. Its signature cuisine is centered on green, health-conscious, and nutritious dining, featuring a carefully selected and innovative menu of freshwater fish, shrimp, and other aquatic products from both southern and northern China, complemented by meats, seasonal vegetables, and fresh seafood. Each dish is finely prepared to balance nutrition, striving to set a new benchmark for a dining establishment that combines cultural richness with guaranteed health benefits.
Upholding the philosophy of creating not just food, but also culture and wellness, the Lakeside Retreat provides tourists with a first-class rural-style restaurant experience integrating dining, accommodation, fishing, and leisure. It has been awarded the title of “Five-Star Hospitality Farmhouse” by Shandong Province.
