The area boasts rich natural and cultural landscapes, with attractions such as Pearl Bay, Silver Bay, Gongjia Island, Sanguan Pavilion, Immortal’s Bridge, Dragon-Locking Stone, Duogu Mountain, Monk’s Cave, and vast tidal flats adding to the charm of Yintan. Stay by the beautiful Yintan seaside. Lie on the clean, gentle, and endless silver-white sands, count the stars and gaze at the moon, or stroll hand-in-hand with your lover along the crescent-shaped shoreline, or playfully chase your child—such a life is nothing short of heavenly. There are over a dozen hotels and more than 400 mid-to-high-end villas available for accommodation by the beach, and seafood is also very affordable.

Located on the southeastern coast of Rushan City, it lies at the central point among Qingdao, Yantai, and Weihai, and is hailed as “the No. 1 Beach under Heaven” and the “Oriental Hawaii.” Here you’ll find lush forests, emerald seas, unique reefs, winding shores, as well as mountains, sea, islands, reefs, beaches, springs, forests, and rivers. Stretching 20 kilometers, the beach features gently sloping shores, flat sands, and fine, soft, snow-white grains—hence the name “Yintan” (Silver Beach).

Transportation: Take the Weihai–Haiyangsuo bus from the bus station. The ticket costs 10 RMB and the journey takes about one and a half hours. Haiyangsuo is still two to three kilometers away from Rushan Yintan; you can take a 1-RMB minibus from there.
