Guide Rushankou centers around the Great Rushan Mountain, bordered to the south by the boundless Yellow Sea, to the north by the tranquil Rushankou Bay, and to the west facing Duoshan Mountain, Little Rushan Mountain, and West Rushan Mountain across the sea. To the south of the harbor lies a long, east-west island—Little Qingdao. Historically, there was a saying: “In the north, there is Lushunkou; in the south, there is Rushankou.” The Great Rushan Mountain, from which both Rushan City and Rushankou derive their names, stands tall like a lady’s breast. Across from it lies West Rushan Mountain, resembling a young maiden lying on her back amidst the vast blue sea—hence known as the “Sleeping Beauty.” 　 　 Introduction Along the southern coast of Rushan City, the mountains are beautiful, the sea is clear, the reefs are unique, and the beaches are winding. Majestic peaks rise from the sea, forming the harbor, among which Rushankou is the most renowned.
