Dingzhou Vegetable Technology Agricultural Sightseeing Park is located east of the Dingzhou exit on the Beijing-Shenzhen Expressway and south of the Shahe Main Canal. This park is a flagship site for experimental, demonstrative, and promotional purposes in the vegetable specialty industry, invested and built by the Dingzhou Municipal Government. The first phase of the park, constructed in 1998, covers an area of 20,000 square meters, featuring three automatic intelligent six-span greenhouses spanning 10,800 square meters. Currently, the second and third phases of the park, covering a total area of 132,000 square meters, are under active development. Its products have successfully entered supermarkets and high-end restaurants in major and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, and Baoding, achieving good economic and social benefits. In recent years, visitor numbers have continued to rise, with over 100,000 visitors received in the past two years.

On the basis of developing a modern pollution-free vegetable model park, the Vegetable Technology Demonstration Park is actively expanding into a comprehensive, multifunctional vegetable eco-tourism destination. It integrates vegetable production, rare and special vegetable sightseeing, vegetable plant knowledge education, as well as farm-style food, lodging, travel, entertainment, and participatory activities such as picking, tasting, and selling.
