Wangfu Amusement Park is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Wangfu Amusement Park is a large-scale amusement park newly invested in and built by the Wangfu Subdistrict Office, integrating entertainment, leisure, sightseeing, education, and dining.

The park is situated by Fan Gongting Lake and comprises four parts: the Zoo, the Entertainment Park, the Leisure Park, and the Twenty-Four Filial Piety Education Park. It is currently the largest in the vicinity, with the most complete range of amusement facilities and sightseeing attractions among large garden-style entertainment venues.

Annual event schedule includes: the March 3rd (lunar calendar) Drum and Yangge Dance Competition, the “May Day” Filial Sons Welcoming Ceremony, the Qingzhou Silver Melon Tasting Event, the “October 1st” (lunar calendar) Autumn Harvest Fun (which can accommodate tour groups for activities such as picking pomegranates, hawthorns, apples, persimmons, Qingzhou’s specialty honey peaches, and digging sweet potatoes), the September 9th (lunar calendar) Filial Sons Drama Performance, winter ice-skating activities, and campfire parties that can be arranged at any time upon request from tour groups.

Within the park: majestic castles exude exotic charm; roaring waterfalls showcase the beauty of nature. Delicate islets cradle the moon’s reflection, while perilous peaks hold clouds aloft. Pavilions on the hills catch the sunset glow, and waterside structures offer views of cascading water and crashing waves. Where autumn snow seems to bloom, reed marshes sway; where pines and rocks adorn emerald knolls, nature paints its finest scene. A folklore village both dreamlike and real, a Lover’s Valley as poetic as it is picturesque. Various animals live in harmony with visitors, a myriad of flowers and trees offer spaces for rest and enjoyment, and hundred-acre orchards resemble a modern-day Peach Blossom Spring. The amusement facilities are novel and enticing, while commercial services are as warm as home. Lofty ridges stand like perilous mountains, deep valleys stretch like plains. Spanning thousands of acres, the park is too vast to take in all at once—like a dragon seen only in parts, its grandeur and spirit echo the legacy of the ancient Qingzhou city and embody the ethereal charm of the Yunmen Fairyland.

The zoo houses over thirty species of animals for visitors to observe, including elegant birds such as peacocks and swans, as well as deer, monkeys, camels, and bears. The Entertainment Park features reed marshes, lush groves, fragrant grass, birds in flight, and singing waterfowl, with wooden bridges, suspension bridges, and iron-chain bridges standing side by side over the water. Hammocks, swings, and seesaws are scattered throughout the woods. In the Leisure Park, peach, plum, apricot, apple, cherry, pomegranate, and hawthorn trees bloom in season and bear fruit accordingly. The Education Park displays twenty-four vividly sculpted figures that tell twenty-four ancient stories, constantly reminding visitors to uphold filial piety. A visit here offers delightful fun, thrilling adventure, and cultural enrichment—like stepping into a fairy tale world. The pleasant atmosphere and elegant scenery make it feel like wandering through a painting.
