Wangfen Town is located in the southwestern part of Qingzhou City, covering a total area of 230 square kilometers. It governs 100 administrative villages with a population of 51,000. Hydrological attractions include the Heihu Mountain Reservoir and the Diaoyutai Reservoir. Cultural and historical sites feature the Pangshan image commemorating Pangboling’s martyrdom by leaping off a cliff, Zifang Cave where the famous Han Dynasty statesman Zhang Liang once lived in seclusion, Huangchaodong where Huang Chao, leader of the late Tang peasant uprising, stationed his troops, Shidaren Mountain standing against the mountain, and the Ming Heng Gongwang Tomb, a provincial-level key cultural relic protection unit.

Take the Jiqing Expressway and exit at Qingzhou East (Koubukou), go south for 19 kilometers to the South Ring Road of Qingzhou City, turn right onto Haide South Road, then left onto Bolin Road (toward Heihu Mountain Reservoir), and continue west along Bolin Road for 7 kilometers to reach the Wangfen Town People’s Government. Follow road signs to various scenic spots.
