Shengshuiyu Forest Park ------ A municipal-level forest park in Weifang. Located in Shangyuan Village, Mihé Town, 10 kilometers south of the Ancient City of Qingzhou, it is a tourist resort that combines natural scenery and cultural landscapes. It was named Yanglao Garden (Retirement Garden) by Emperor Zhao Kuangyin, the founding emperor of the Song Dynasty, after he recovered from an illness here, and was later referred to as the Retirement Home. The scenic area boasts rich tourism resources and profound cultural heritage, where natural beauty and cultural attractions complement each other, with over 30 various scenic spots. Major natural attractions include: Ziyang Cave, Xuanwu Cave, Three-Tiered Waterfall, Golden Maiden Lake, Yanwang’s Nose, and Turtle Back Rock; key cultural sites feature: Xiuzhen Palace, Millennium Ancient Locust Tree, Tomb of Prince Henggaotang, Qingliang Old Mother Temple, White-Robed Guanyin Nunnery, Catholic Church, and Hanlin Academy. The scenery is picturesque and naturally exquisite.
