The Eastern Diyang Hospital of the Seventh Sub-district of the Central Hebei Military District is located in Dongdiyang Village and covers an area of 187 square meters. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, troops and wounded soldiers were dispersed in small groups to stay in villagers’ homes. Soldiers and civilians treated each other as relatives and became one big family, working together to relay the wounded and pass on messages.
